Something for Inktober + the Return of the Spider
Saturday, 29 October 2022 00:54Long time no see, eh? Well, as usual on this blog... In short, in August not only I had really good vacation by the sea, buy by the end of it I became a guardian of a beautiful siberian cat. She's still a kitten, 7 months as of writing this and I can confidently say she's one of the best things that's ever happened to me. It's wonderful, coming back from work and being welcomed by her meows, feeding her, playing with her, petting her, talking to her (yep!)... Even the fact she scratches at the bathroom's door when I use it xD Now I've got the long weekend, so I can spend more time with her.
Thanks to her I feel calmer - even though the situation at work isn't the best due to the crisises and shit, I'm not as paranoid as I could've been before owning the cat. I think it's good.
Despite vacation August was pretty busy month artistically, because I took part in the Octavia Week - all the pencil drawings you can see on DeviantArt, Tumblr and Twitter. In September I was pretty busy adjusting to the life with my cat and I drew something only this month. And oh, before finishing the drawings, I've fallen ill. For covid. Yeah, it finally got me x'D
First, the first Inktober drawing since 2017:
Pretty surreal stuff.
Second, first Angel Dust picture in months:
Initially it was supposed to be much bloodier, then it turnt into something a little more wholesome, I guess. As per usual, the background was the problem x')
That's all for now. There's unfinished original drawing and a vague idea for a fanfiction. Hopefully I'll finish the drawing, write the fanfic and maybe post this entry, because DW is having some troubles x'D (this is third attempt).
