It feels so strange that it's the last day of calendar Summer... You know, ever since I've been on a health leave from February to June, my sense of time has become a little distorted. For example, in June, around the time of Feast of Corpus Christi, I couldn't shake the feeling that Easter is around the corner. Easter I celebrated when, in April? :P Right now I'm feeling similar - like something in my head doesn't fully realize that vacation time is ending, that summer is ending, that tomorrow I'm back at work.
But it does have a good side: for the first time in my life I don't feel this odd anxiety related to the summer's end.

Anyway. Here are my newest drawing:


This one is fanart of the game called Homicipher, featuring the protagonist (white cloak) and Mr Crawling (Sadako's half-brother look-alike). I find this game fascinating, because the gameplay is based on active translation of the unknown language - the entities MC meets on her way don't speak any known human tongue, so breaking the language barrier is crucial. Another thing - despite the surroundings and entities being dark, creepy and dangerous... they're not necessarily evil. In fact some of them are very friendly. Like Mr Crawling.
I'm fond of cutesy horror; this game is the opposite - creepy wholesome.



This is a companion piece to one of my previous drawings, maid!Frederick; it depicts his wife Bethesda. I've intended to draw her in a Lady Oscar-like military uniform for a while now. It's a bit of a miracle that I still managed to make her look dainty compared to her husband lol

That's it for now. I've got plans for other drawings, namely something with old men crackship and two somethings with Jax from The Amazing Digital Circus.

Hoo boy. Where do I even start?

In the first week of February I feel so unfortunately I broke my elbow. My elbow got fucked up so bad, I had to go to the hospital and get operated (I posted updates about hospital stay on my DA, Tumblr and Twitter). For several week my left arm was completely bandaged. Now my arm is mostly free, but still requires orthosis and physiotherapy. It's also got a pretty hardcore scar where it was operated. During operation they had to two screws to fully repair my elbow. I don't remember about them most of the time, but it feels so bizarre to think my skeleton has now two pieces of metal till the end of times lol.

Of course right now I don't go to work, not with my elbow fucked up. In spare time I draw, I play games, read books again (couldn't stand the mere sight of a book for months) and got sucked hardcore into romance genre for some reasons. Be it My Happy Marriage, Love and Deepspace... I just want to snort romance. I don't know why, but thanks to it I keep discovering fun games and other stuff, so I don't complain ;)

Goodbye 2024. You were... intense to say the least. Both in the good and the bad way.

Hello 2025. Hopefully you won't be such a rollercoaster as your predecessor.

Cooking Companions is one of my favourite games and I was happy like a catholic schoolgirl watching Phantom of the Opera musical live when they showed Baba Jaga in Dread Weight. Also I wanted to draw her and Karin together for a while, so there you go~



Karin is the redhead on the left and Baba Jaga is on the right. Yeah, she doesn't look like a hag here; it's one of her forms. I went the easiest possible route, sorry ^^"

Also yeah, the background is inspired by The Swan Princess.
